Who we are
LudeHQ is a digital product studio based in Larnaca, Cyprus. This site presents our work, services, and products.
Use of the site
This site is provided for general information. You may use it only for lawful purposes. You must not disrupt or damage the site, try to gain unauthorised access, use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others, or misuse its content.
Products
Each product, including ReviewPing and LudeShot, has its own terms shown on its product page. Those terms govern your purchase and use of that product. You can read the ReviewPing terms and the LudeShot terms.
Service inquiries
Submitting the contact form or discussing a project with us does not create a contract. Any engagement, scope, price, and timetable must be agreed separately in writing.
Intellectual property
The site and its content are owned by LudeHQ or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use them commercially without our written permission, except where the law allows it.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We take reasonable care with its content, but we do not promise that it is complete, current, accurate, or always available. This does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, LudeHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on site content or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes belong to the courts of Larnaca, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
