Who is selling

LudeShot is sold by LudeHQ, the digital product studio of Demetris Demetriou, based in Larnaca, Cyprus. You can reach us any time at [email protected]. Buying LudeShot means you agree to these terms.

The product

LudeShot is a macOS menu bar application for screenshots, screen recording, scrolling capture, and annotation. It requires macOS 13 Ventura or later and an Apple Silicon Mac.

The download includes a free 7 day trial with the full app available before a license key is required. The app is signed and notarized by Apple and updates through its built in updater.

License

Your purchase buys a personal, perpetual license for one person, at €15, paid once. You may install and use LudeShot on any Mac you personally use. If several people on a team use it, each person needs their own purchase. The license does not allow reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the app or license key.

Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the final amount charged. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe shares with us only your email address and a record of the purchase, which we keep as proof of your license. Your card statement will show the payment to our Stripe account.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. After payment, your license key is sent only to the purchase email through LudeMail. You can request another copy from the license recovery page without the key appearing in the browser response. The LudeShot download remains available from the product page. By purchasing you agree that delivery of the digital content starts right away, which under EU consumer rules replaces the standard withdrawal procedure. In its place we give you the refund policy below, which is simpler and at least as generous.

Refunds

If LudeShot is not for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method, no questions asked. Include the email you paid with or the Stripe receipt so we can find the payment. Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country that cannot be waived.

Updates

Updates are included in the one time price and install through the app's built in updater. We ship fixes and improvements regularly, but we do not promise specific features or timelines, and we may discontinue the product with reasonable notice. Versions you have already downloaded keep working.

Warranty and liability

LudeShot is provided as is. We build it carefully and use it ourselves every day, but we do not warrant that it will be error free or uninterrupted, and some capture behavior depends on macOS, which we do not control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to LudeShot is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future purchases; the terms in force when you buy are the ones that apply to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes belong to the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
