Who we are
LudeHQ is a digital product studio based in Larnaca, Cyprus, run by Demetris Demetriou. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you include in the project description. We do not run cookies for tracking, we do not build profiles, and we have no mailing list.
How it is processed
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which acts as a data processor. Anonymous usage statistics come from Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Error reports go to Sentry with personal data collection disabled. The site is hosted on Vercel.
Why and for how long
We use your message only to reply and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. We keep correspondence for as long as a project conversation is live and delete it when it is clearly over. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request within 30 days. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
