Who we are
LudeHQ is a product studio based in Cyprus. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What we collect
This site has no forms. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to include when you email us. We do not run cookies for tracking, we do not keep profiles, and we have no mailing list. Each product has its own privacy policy covering the data that product handles.
How it is processed
Anonymous usage statistics come from Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Error reports go to Sentry with personal data collection disabled. The site is hosted on Vercel.
Legal bases
We reply to emails, operate and secure the site, and monitor errors, based on our legitimate interests in answering people who write to us and in keeping the site reliable and safe under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
International transfers
Our hosting, analytics, and error monitoring providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Why and for how long
We use your email only to reply. We keep the conversation for up to 24 months after our last contact and then delete it, unless a record must be kept for legal reasons. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request within 30 days. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
