Who we are
LudeHQ is a digital product studio based in Larnaca, Cyprus, run by Demetris Demetriou. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What we collect
The only personal data we collect is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, budget, and whatever you include in the project description. We do not run cookies for tracking, we do not build profiles, and we have no mailing list.
How it is processed
Contact form submissions are handled by our own server and delivered to us as a private message through Telegram, which acts as a data processor for that delivery. Anonymous usage statistics come from Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Error reports go to Sentry with personal data collection disabled. The site is hosted on Vercel.
Legal bases
We reply to inquiries and prepare proposals as steps prior to entering a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). We operate and secure the site, and monitor errors, based on our legitimate interests in keeping the site reliable and safe under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
International transfers
Our hosting, analytics, and error monitoring providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Why and for how long
We use your message only to reply and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. We keep inquiry details while we discuss your inquiry and for up to 24 months after our last contact. We then delete them unless a project record must be kept for accounting or legal reasons. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request within 30 days. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
