The gist
LudeScores is an iOS app from LudeHQ that shows live football, basketball and tennis scores, tables, news, and an AI-generated read on selected matches. By installing or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
Information only, not betting advice
Any betting odds shown are displayed purely for information. The app does not offer, facilitate, or take bets, and takes no money for wagering. The AI match previews, tips and analysis are model-generated content for information and entertainment. They are not betting advice, not predictions you should rely on, and not financial advice. The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. Please play responsibly.
Accuracy
Scores and statistics come from third-party data feeds and can be delayed, wrong, or incomplete. AI-generated text can be mistaken. We do our best to keep things accurate but we cannot guarantee it, and you should not make decisions that matter to you on the strength of what the app shows.
Your account
Signing in is optional and uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the device you sign in on. You can sign out or delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by trying to overload it or defeat fair-use limits. How we handle account data is described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Don't try to scrape, resell or redistribute its data, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, or use it to break the law. The app, its design, and its content are owned by LudeHQ or its data providers and are protected by copyright.
Availability
LudeScores is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, LudeHQ is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any decision made on the basis of odds, scores, or AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
