Who we are
LudeScores is an iOS app made by LudeHQ, a digital product studio based in Larnaca, Cyprus, run by Demetris Demetriou. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
Using the app without an account
You can browse scores, tables, news and match detail without signing in. In that mode the app sends a random identifier generated on your device (not your name, not your Apple ID, and not Apple's advertising identifier) so it can count your who-will-win votes and, where relevant, apply fair-use limits. It carries no personal information about you.
Sign in with Apple
If you choose to create an account, we use Sign in with Apple. Apple gives us a stable identifier for you and, only the first time and only if you allow it, your name and an email address (which may be Apple's private relay address). We store these to keep your profile and preferences, to sync them across your devices, and to give account holders a higher daily allowance of AI match analyses. We never receive your Apple password.
What the app sends us
Beyond the account details above, the app sends: your who-will-win picks; your followed teams, players and pinned matches; your notification preferences; and, if you enable alerts, the Apple Push Notification token for your device. This is the information needed to run the features you use. We do not collect your location, your contacts, or your browsing outside the app.
What stays on your device
Your profile photo, if you add one, is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to us. Your appearance and odds display preferences are also kept locally.
No tracking, no ads
LudeScores runs no advertising, no third-party analytics or ad SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell or share your data with anyone. Betting odds shown in the app are for information only; the app offers no wagering and takes no money.
How it is processed and kept
Data is processed on our own server infrastructure to deliver the app's features. We keep account data while your account exists and delete it when you delete your account. Sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity. Match and results data is public sporting information, not personal to you.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: open the Profile tab, go to your account card, and choose Delete account. This removes your account and its data from our servers and cannot be undone. You can also email [email protected] and we will do it for you.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will act on the request within 30 days. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
Children
LudeScores displays betting odds for information and is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children.
